BEARS!!!

On Saturday evening, while I was at a new friend's house in the forest in North Carolina, I saw 3 bear cubs with their mum and dad right on the porch of my friend's house.
I was very excited! They had come from the forest!

Animals

Yesterday, we drove to Canada for the week-end. We saw lots of animals.
We saw a dead bear on the side of the road, a squirrel, a bald eagle, a skunk, a moose and a deer.
My Dad saw the bear.
We all saw the squirrel, we all saw the bald eagle.
The skunk sprayed our caravan.
We all saw the moose.
I saw the deer first.
That is it.

Gleanings for the Hungry

Last week my family and i went to see some friends in Southern California. What they do is dry fruit and make up soups from food that gets donated and send it over to poor countries that have no food! Its a very big organization, its a branch of 'Youth of a Mission' which is the organization my parents work for. I thought it was smelly because there was some rotten peaches. I made a new friend when i was there and late at night we were driving in a mini electric car that i was driving when suddenly two toads jumped out. We both caught one and played with them for the rest of the night. Then next morning i had breakfast and then we had a tour of the whole place. Off to America

Last Monday my family drove to Auckland and we found out that our flight was cancelled because a volcano erupted so we took a taxi to the nice hotel in Auckland. For lunch we had the most delicious meal! The restaurant had ever kind of food you could ever want! The waitresses were soooo nice to me! I had a huge big pretzel from Germany and I also had sushi and lots of other food but my favorite was the dessert.  I had lollies and there was also a chocolate fountain. I got some pineapple and dipped it in the chocolate fountain …. It was delicious! Here is a photo

Then we went back to our hotel room and my brother and I took a bath. After my bath I put a white robe on and watched some TV. Here is a photo of me being silly :D

After dinner we went  in the same taxi as we arrived at the hotel  with and drove back to the airport. We waited until we were able to go on the airplane. While I was waiting I got to have a massage on this comfy chair!

When I got on the airplane I played some games and I had my 2^nd dinner before I went to sleep. I didn’t sleep very long on the airplane, only three hours! When I woke up I was allowed to watch some movies before we landed! It was FANTASTIC!!!

Now i'm in America! WE MADE IT YAY!!!!!!!!  I will post more soon ....
